Controversy in North Kingstown as the license of male nurse Scott Leski has been surrendered following allegations he sexual assaulted an elderly male resident inside the Bayview facility at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown RI. It is unknown at this time the extent of the sexual assault, but it was deemed non-consensual and reported by one of the male elderly residents at the home. Leski is described as a long-time male nurse in his fifties. The facility has gone into damage control mode with the above email sent to staff regarding the media. Staff rumors are flying with the biggest question concerning if this has occurred in the past and how many times. The RI Department of Health was on-site, and this allegedly happened on 3rd shift.
