North Kingstown Police confirm there is an open investigation into a male nurse who is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly male resident at Bayview in North Kingstown. Nurse Scott Leski surrendered his license and was reportedly involved in the incident that occurred on the 3rd shift. There are reports Leski worked at several other nursing homes, which raises questions if there are more victims. The elderly resident was apparently the individual who lodged the complaint and has insisted the act was non-consensual sex. To date, the PR firm representing Bayview has declined comment. The police investigation is on-going.
