Video: Was use of deadly force justified by police?

Pinto

Were Providence police justified using deadly force Friday night September 15, outside the hospital? Yes. Michael Pinto was known to police in Northern Rhode Island and refused to follow basic traffic laws. Pinto had a habit of not pulling over when being pursued by police and Friday night was no exception. Although some members of the media were questioning police regarding a chase policy, a vehicle can be considered a deadly weapon. Pinto deciding to drive his vehicle at police repeatedly Friday night, led to the fatal encounter outside of the hospital. Why someone would behave with their child in the vehicle is puzzling to say the least.
