Bombshell: Craddock to resign from DMV?

Sources at the Division of Motor Vehicles claim Walter “Bud” Craddock has decided to resign as head of the DMV effective next month.  Craddock has been the subject of a state police investigation into a building he has some ownership in on Broad street in Edgewood. A unit in the building was caught up in a sex-massage sting operation  Cranston police executed last month.  Craddock has not been charged with any wrong doing, however this was not the first time the building was involved with this activity under his ownership.  Craddock hired both an attorney and spokesperson to try and help him navigate the state police investigation that was put in motion by Governor Dan McKee. The attorney for Craddock recently tried to argue that although Bud collected rent, called himself the landlord and co-owned the building with his wife, that Craddock was not actually the owner.
