Are there 100,000 illegals in Rhode Island?

Boston Globe

The biggest shock with the recent census is not that the state counted over 40,000 illegals, but the number of illegals they did not count. The Boston Globe reported on the extraordinary ground game used to find illegals( curtains on basement windows) and efforts employed to convince them to fill out the census( handing out $20 bills). An immigration expert told the John DePetro Show that ” normally, 2 out of 3 people in the country illegally will not participate in the census count for fear of deportation. So if the state convinced 40,000 illegals to fill out the census, the odds are still more than half refused.” What does this mean for future elections?
