Courthouse sources say Cranston State Senator Josh Miller might plead guilty on Tuesday in court and try to make the court appearance “one and done.” Miller made national news when he admitted to keying the car of a teen with a Biden Sucks sticker in Garden City Cranston and repeatedly lied to police about it. Miller is said to be under enormous pressure from Senate Leadership for his criminal behavior and wants to try and end it Tuesday, however, is possible the judge might not let the matter be dropped so quickly.
