Latest we have heard on death of Talia: Police released statement saying her age was 14, yet family and friends claim she was 15. Some people say there was no school on Thursday, yet police and some people claim she was on her way to school. When Talia arrived at 22 Earle, sources claim Moises Maldonado (alleged drug dealer) was there. The house is known as a gathering place of minor for skipping school, fights and drugs. There are cameras inside and outside the house. Sources claim some of the minors had played a game in the past of Maldonado pointing his gun at them, and kids wrestling with him over the gun. Thursday morning there was loud music playing and some of the teens were in the basement. A witness claims before 9:AM, Moises ran downstairs to say Talia had shot herself. When the teens went upstairs, they discovered her bleeding with a gsw to the head and gasping for air. At least one of the teens told police Maldonado said,” I didn’t mean to do it.” The teens called police and Maldonado fled the scene. Police have not disclosed if anyone else was in the room at the time of the shot. Police claim they have evidence to put the gun in his hand when she was shot.
