How brazen is the gang activity in Rhode Island? A gang from Silver Lake moves into Warwick right near the Warwick Police station. Some of the gang members are Andy Ares, Anthony Ares, Enrique Ares and Alex Febus, and all are known to police, and several have weapons charges.
