Rumors are flying that there is more to the story with the Cumberland couple shot to death and it is possible an arrest might be made. Police are very tight lipped and describe the situation as an “active investigation.” Active investigation? A murder suicide is usually not a long investigation. Sources tell us the couple had friends over for a cookout the night before and all seemed normal between the two. Sources also say police now believe the shootings took place sometime around 1:30AM, although they were not discovered until 6:30AM.  There are reports of another set of prints found on the gun.
