The RI Department of Health has confirmed the first case of Monkeypox has reached the state. The question is whether any changes will be made to PVD Fest or any other big events and festivals in Providence this weekend and this month. Monkeypox has spread around the world of late and can cause those exposed to it to suffer rash, bumps and other skin problems. Should people wear masks or avoid large gatherings?
