Olga and her son Valentine were forced to leave Ukraine due to the war and met with John DePetro in Rzesnow Poland. They cried when shown pictures and video of people of Rhode Island and Massachusetts waiting hours in-line to donate supplies to the people of Ukraine at Cardi’s stores. Olga had a home and business destroyed while her son Valentine is a high school student displaced from his home.
