Imagine giving money back to tax payers instead of blowing through money like a drunken sailor? The state Republican Senators issue an idea that Governor McKee required a dictionary and a translator. McKee, who was not elected, has been blowing billions of state cash like a gambler on a binge in Vegas.  Gas tax relief is a new concept involving a benefit to the people who actually pay taxes and a program that does not involve an insider deal or gift to labor.
