Rhode Island Congressman David Trampstamp Cicilline stripped down at the shore and was prancing around showing off his lower back tatoo for the crowd in Gansett. Onlookers were shocked at how the Congressman was oiling himself up, checking out the scenery by the water, and showing off his tatoo which seems to be an animal with ears like a dog. As Mayor, Cicilline was known to be in good shape but COVID and life in D.C. has brought rolls around his middle.
