Bingo. We have a winner. After a few false starts, it appears Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo will be selected to serve in the Biden administration as Commerce Secretary. The popular Governor has been on the Biden radar screen since the summer and it looks like there is a match. Raimondo is term-limited out as Governor and would get to go to D.C. and avoid what is left of the state of Rhode Island. This sounds like the right move.  Stay? Why? Stay with record unemployment and more businesses going under? Stay to have more protesters outside her home? Stay to battle the Progressives who are taking over Smith Hill? If officially offered, Gina will take it.
