Not so fast. Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo decides to pass on the chance to join the Biden Cabinet as Secretary of Health and Human Services, much to the surprise of the media. Rumors had spread like wildfire that the Gov was packing her bags and heading south to announce she was leaving Rhody for D.C.
