The Gov. on vaca on the Block. This interesting picture appeared on Instagram and immediately people took notice. Block Island is running a campaign intended to encourage mask-wearing on the Island but apparently not everyone is paying attention.  The person who runs the store explains how Governor Raimondo stopped by at night and they were the only ones in the store and she arrived wearing a mask. However, rules are rules. Knock it off and shut it down. Now, who is the troublemaker?
