(Updated Statement): I am aware that a variety of false and outrageous information has been posted about me on various social media forums.  I am deeply troubled and saddened by these untrue posts.  Unfortunately, these false allegations appear to originate from a series of false allegations that have been unsuccessfully made against me in connection with ongoing family court custody litigation currently pending in the state of Connecticut.  Someone or some group of people appears to be attempting to utilize the internet and these false allegations to attack my livelihood and the livelihoods of the 255 wonderful people that I work with.  I will continue to work closely with my legal team to address these false allegations.  Although I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss these false allegations, I have been advised by counsel and my daughter’s guardian ad litem that I cannot discuss an ongoing court case in a public forum on the internet.  Please contact my attorney, Jon T.
