Video: Why didn’t State Police warn public on Hopkinton killer?

state police

Rhode Island State Police are handling the investigation of Hopkinton killer Joe Francis and were on-scene Friday night into Saturday. State Police did issue a BOLO but they never alerted the public or used social media to put out the killer’s description or warn the public. State Police use social media for pictures of road races, special events, etc. Why not use social media to alert the public? Possible they felt he fled 95 south out of state, plus Westerly Police did spot his vehicle off the BOLO.
