Joe Francis of Hopkinton had a rough month of May. According to sources from his workplace, Francis had become increasingly difficult to deal with and even threated to shoot up the workplace.  Joe Francis was arrested in May after assaulting his wife and was told to stay away from her. Friday night July 5, 2024 Francis arrived as his home and shot and killed his wife with his children at the residence. He escaped and led police on a high-speed chase resulting in a crash and his death.
