East Greenwich residents remain on high alert after a drug-crazed lunatic smashed into a home on Shippeetown road early Sunday morning. The post above (we are protecting identity of those involved) describes a couple woken up by a deranged drug addict in search of drugs. He smashed his way into the house, armed with a knife, but was confronted by a prepared gun owner who kept him at bay. East Greenwich police arrived after the homeowner called 911 and police apprehended the suspect. Governor McKee has moved forward making Rhode Island the first state to legalize illicit drugs by having a free drug center where all drugs are legal. This could become the new normal as McKee turns Rhode Island into the legalize drug capitol of New England, which will attract junkies from all over.  This story is developing.
