Scandal and controversy in Lincoln at Davies Career and technical high school, where a teacher has gone out on paid leave after a state police investigation was revealed. These are just allegations at this point. The mother of a 15 yr.-old female student alleges inappropriate conduct by the teacher of the year Kristin Cassarino in the form of voicemails and text messages. The mother and daughter claim that Mrs. Cassarino texted the girl about “taking her to her first pub.” The mother also claims the teacher has showered her with gifts of jewelry, sneakers and clothing. In the text below, the mother claims the teacher caller her daughter a “horny bastard.” There are several voicemails with a female voice asking someone to “keep this between us” and it is a matter of “loyalty.” According to the mother, the teacher would contact her daughter at all hours and even 2: AM.  The mother claims the teacher would ask the student if she was “filming videos in her bra.” The teacher is on paid leave and state police are investigating. Again, all allegations at this point, however state police are investigating, and she is out on paid leave.
