Jewish voters on the East Side of Providence are furious as newly sworn in Rhode Island Congressman Gabe Amo goes back on his word and votes against Israel. Amo had promised voters he would “stand firm with Israel,” yet one week in DC and he breaks a campaign promise by voting with the squad. Amo refuses to defend Jewish students on college campuses as anti-Semitism has spread from Cambridge to Cornell. Amo was never pressed on his support for BLM or members of the squad during the campaign which he won with 65% of the vote.
