Controversy in Cranston from a Facebook post claiming Diva Nails on Atwood Avenue would not stamp the frequent customer card of a young customer because she only has one hand.  Diva Nails posted they only charged her half for her nails done. As opposed to what? Charging her for two when she only has one hand? Story is developing.
