Seven months in office and Governor Dan McKee may be facing his third investigation by the Attorney General in what might be a Rhode Island record. The latest is the $5 million dollar contract carefully crafted and basically handed to friends of McKee. It seems impossible for the A.G. to avoid the contract controversy giving Governor McKee a hat-trick for A.G. probes. The investigation is still out on former chief of staff Tony Silva for his land deal and Bud Craddick is still claiming he had no idea for the second time a brothel was being run out of one of his rental units.
