A tragic murder happened in Newport over the weekend after two uninvited party guets crashed a house party and stabbed  a white URI student. Police have issued an arrest warrant for two individuals known to police who allegedly made racist remarks before stabbing Max Julian of Little Compton. Complete senseless murder.
