It started this past summer when Defund the Police protesters started going to the Providence home of Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo and now it is winter and a different crowd. Back in the summer, Gina would not criticize the violent, late-night, vulgar displays out in front of her home by anarchist protesters. Last Sunday, two dozen gym owners arrived to the Raimondo home and respectfully protested outside. There is chatter that members of Black Lives Matter might show up this Sunday to confront the group they view as harassing the Governor (as counter-protesters against the dance party crowd). This Sunday looks like another big day.
