Chaos on Federal Hill in Providence as Al Fresco dining turns into madness. Many restaurants are opposed to Al Fresco dining which closes Atwells Avenue to traffic as table and chairs are set up in the middle of the street. What started in the 2020 during covid has turned into a liability of people unable to drive down the street and are forced to navigate the busy crowds. Saturday night almost turned deadly as a motorbike went cruising down the street and hitting people. Below is the video:
