Central Falls Police confirm to DePetro.com Talia Frederico who was shot and killed Thursday morning was 15 years old. Police also confirm there was school that day. Sources claim the teen went was 22 Earle to walk to high school with friends that gathered at the house. Inside the house was an 18-year-old with a firearm, who was friendly with the students. Teens were in different parts of the house when the fatal shot occurred.  Police have charged Moises Maldonado with manslaughter. Friends of the suspect claim it was a tragic accident that occurred when the teens were playing a game with the gun. Police have not released the name of the victim but friends and family of Talia have reached out to confirm it was her and her age.
