Clay Pell seems like a nice guy who would like to be named a king or prince. The question now is whether he will run for Governor of Rhode Island. Pell is the Grandson of the late Senator Pell, a legend in the Democrat party. If Clay decides to run, this hurts Mayor Angel in a three-way primary.
