Looks like a hat trick in North Kingstown. The North Kingstown town council voted to conduct what will be the third investigation into the former teacher/coach of the basketball team conducting naked fat test. To date, only URI Ryan center basketball announcer Dan Yorke has defended the naked tests. The A.G. and school committee are also investigating. Watch the video here:
