Most of those seeking care do not speak English and wait times are exceeding ten hours. One woman told DePetro.com she arrived at 7:29 PM and left the next morning at 4:48 AM, without being seen. Another man told DePetro.com he arrived at 6:AM, left at 6:PM, and not one person was called waiting during that twelve-hour period. Rhode Island healthcare has hit crisis mode.
