On November 3rd, 2025, at approximately 637AM, the Woonsocket Police responded to the 200 block of Pond St for the report of an unresponsive male, later identified as Ryan Goulet (49YOA). Mr. Goulet had trauma to his head area and was transported by rescue to Landmark Medical Center and then to RI Hospital for treatment. Detectives responded to the scene to investigate, secure witness statements and video surveillance. On November 4th, Mr. Goulet succumbed to the injuries he sustained. The preliminary investigation indicates Mr. Goulet suffered his injuries from an accidental fall. We are waiting for the Medical Examiners official cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.

That is statement from police. Witnesses believe Ryan was beaten to death by teens in the area who prey on people, and this is a homicide.
