On 10/6/2025, officers of the Warwick Police Department responded to 52 Blake St. for a report of an
intoxicated male acting belligerent with a firearm.
The male, identified as 33 y/o resident Tyler Bagley, was involved in a disturbance with other occupants of the
residence. It was reported to Police that Bagley had pointed a firearm at a female. Responding Officers were
able to safely evacuate two females and a male from the residence. The Warwick Police SWAT team responded
and it was determined that Bagley had barricaded himself in an attic area of the residence. Extensive
negotiations were conducted and multiple methods were used to determine Bagley’s status. The Warwick Police
SWAT team made eventual entry into the residence at which time Bagley was located in the house. He was
taken into custody without incident and subsequently transported to Kent Hospital for evaluation. He will face
the following charges. Domestic Felony Assault, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Crime of
Violence and Two Counts of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Bagley was held for Arraignment.
