Gang war erupts in Washington Park as two gang members fire on a rival car causing it to crash. Both suspects escaped and remain at large. Three individuals riding in the car that crashed were released but one was taken to the hospital by rescue.  Initial report had the three that crashed firing back, but police were unable to locate a weapon.
