Amazing night on Cranston PD Live as a hero emerges. Troy Parmentier was riding home when he noticed an impaired driver on route 37 in Cranston. Parmentier called 911 and followed the driver after the driver hit several roadside objects and almost ran into a state police cruiser. The driver of the white Mercedes ended up in Western Cranston where Parmentier boxed him in and took his keys. Cranston Police arrived on scene.
