He cannot make the turn because of the red car parked. Cruiser is behind him.
Jhamal attempts to maybe go around the red car on the sidewalk.
Cruiser is behind scooter.
Jhamal appears to be at the wall, red stop sign is still up.
Cruiser appears to knock down the stop sign onto Jhamal who is at the wall. The red stop sign is down.
Cruiser comes to a stop.
