The Black Lives Matter movement mixed with Defund the police protesters again took their act of intimidation to Federal Hill with the intention of disruption and hurting business on Federal Hill.  Sources say Federal Hill business owners are livid and demanding Mayor Elorza do something to stem the harassment.
