Only in Rhode Island. A picture is worth a thousands words. What was the nature of the relationship between Speaker Nick Mattiello and Charles ” the Ghost” Kennedy? Were they friends? Did they ever hang out or was it just business?  How friendly was the speaker with the infamous Joe ” Joe Bev” Bevilacqua jr? Two of the people in the photo above went to prison,( Joe Bev).
