John ” Fat Jack” Cicilline tried to make pizza, sell cars, and manage a cafe but now it is time to once again practice law. When you are a tax cheat and convicted criminal it is ok if your brother happens to be a congressman. Cicilline was partners with ” Joe Bev” who is out of business and hiding down south. The two lawyers made a name for themselves as ” anything goes” type attorneys who dealt with cash and drug dealers. The brother of Cicilline, congressman David, as been in hiding since news broke on Gordon Fox. fat Jack is back.
