Tuesday night August 16, 2022 marked three months since Charlotte Lester was last seen heading to 29 Staples avenue in Warwick. John DePetro Facebook Live went to the place she was last seen (29 Staples Avenue) to continue to search for answers from the owner of the home, Mark Perkins, who has refused to offer any details to the media on her disappearance or why Warwick Police treated his house as a crime scene for a month. Warwick Police were called and arrested DePetro for trespassing at the house Lester was last seen at. Warwick Police were professional and executed their job without incident. DePetro offered this statement:” We will continue our coverage into the missing person case of Charlotte Lester, who was last seen headed to the house at 29 Staples Avenue on May 16. The owner of the home, Mark Perkins, owes the Lester family, friends of Charlotte, and the community at large an explanation as to what happened to Charlotte Lester and why did he not participate in any searches for her. We will vigorously defend this attack on the Press in court and look forward to calling Mark Perkins as a witness at trial. Charlotte Lester remains missing and we will continue our efforts to draw attention to the case.”
