A rare war of words and insults breaks out between Speaker Nick Mattiello and Attorney General Peter Kilmartin. The Speaker takes a shot at ” Mr Florida” by suggesting he recuse himself from the pension investigation. Sources say Mattiello does not like the way the A.G. is handling the Frank Montanaro college tuition situation, and took an opportunity to throw Kilmartin under the bus. Pawtucket sources say Kilmartin, a former Pawtucket cop, does not like the way the Speaker is treating the Pawsox and the people of Pawtucket over the proposed new Pawsox stadium.
