A fastball at Roberts Wednesday, February 10

Hold on to your liberal hat Liz. Here comes a fastball high and inside. Red Sox senior advisor Jeremy Kapstein may jump into the race and challenge Lt. Gov. Liz Roberts. Roberts, who has no accomplishments since taking office, must be in a panic mode.

Kapstein is a Harvard grad, has money, and more friends then anyone in sports. Jeremy would run as a democrat and would be a tough person to beat. Kapstein is brilliant, hard working, and honest. He is all things Roberts is not.

I wonder if it would help having Big Papi and the rest of the sox campaigning?

Is there a way Attorney General Patrick Lynch can be elected Governor? Poor showing in the Ch 12 poll, weak fundraising, and more trouble coming in Central Falls. Lynch insiders are feeling the deck is stacked against Patrick and are starting to feel he is swimming upstream.

Lynch is known for long answers, and he seems unfocused and unprepared for the race. He is still seen out on the town late at night, and does not seem shy about it.

Could Patrick Lynch become the frat boy governor? Lynch will continue to have a tough time with jobs as the man focus of the campaign. What happens in Central Falls? The State Police are not there killing time. Could be the nail in the coffin for Patrick...
