You can run mayor but you cannot hide. Mayor Susan Menard of Woonsocket,who is one of the sleaziest people ever to hold office, realizes the jig is up and tries to make for the hills. The Woonsocket Police department is on full alert on the State Police move in and find corruption everywhere. |
Mayor Menard announces she is tired and wants to spend more time wth her family in Utah? She figures if Mollicone was safe hiding there she should be ok. Nice try. Watch for a full scale investigation which will show Woonsocket City Hall was full of corruption and Menard deeply involved. |
The big question is how the "full time" mayor will look in prison garb like an orange jumpsuit. For a long time there have been questions of how she ran the city and it is slowly coming to light. Who knows, maybe after prison she can host a radio show on WNRI? |

Barack Obama comes into Rhody and takes over the biggest little with the largest crowd ever seen. 5,000 inside and 5,000 outside the gym at Rhode Island College.
People were turning around and leaving with the long lines or they could have had 15,000. It was the usual "if it is free it is for me" type crowd inside and out. |
Rhode Island has never seen anyone draw even half a crowd that large, and on only 2 days notice and a snowy morning. Why do people faint at the rallies? They stand in line for 2 hours, then wait inside a hot gym standing for 3 hours. People are fainting because the exhausted, not because of the speech. |
Patrick Kennedy, Linc Chafee, and Patrick Lynch. Never have so many political lightweights united behind one candidate.
